    Large holiday homes in Cornwall

If you are searching for a holiday rental for families and groups in Cornwall, you simply won’t beat the Tregoad Manor House! For starters, the setting is idyllic, with views down the valley to beautiful rolling farmland. The fresh air and peaceful setting offers a real escape from everyday life as you share time with those you love.

Inside your Cornish manor house, you will discover there is room for the whole family to get together with the opportunity to also find a cozy corner for peace and quiet. Gather in one of the two large sitting rooms or separate off to the games room, complete with a pool table. Alternatively, relax in the spacious conservatory where there’s room for all 18 guests to sit and dine together.

Of course, you’re bound to make good use of the private hot tub and south facing outside space. Not all Cornish manor houses are such sun traps and we’re sure you’ll make the very most of warm, lazy afternoons soaking up the sea views.

Your large, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you could need when catering for everyone in the group. The joy of self-catering means you can come and go as you please, making logistics much easier. The dishwasher means there will be no arguments about washing up, while the washer/dryer is a real bonus for action packed holidays in the great outdoors.

Things to do during your stay

Cornwall is an extremely popular holiday destination and it is easy to see why. However, traditional buildings are not often designed to accommodate big groups. If you are searching for large cottages to rent, the Manor House not only offers space for 18 but is charmingly traditional. Unique, grand features paired with modern amenities allow you to feel you are lords and ladies of the manor during your stay.

You may feel so at home that you’ll be reluctant to venture beyond the manor. However, although surrounded by countryside, you are still in easy reach of everything the county has to offer. East Cornwall is home to stunning beaches, quaint fishing villages and plenty of pasty shops, not to mention numerous unique attractions to keep everyone entertained.

We have put together a selection of the top things to do during your stay which will give you a head start as you plan your trip.

    FAQ's

Where do I go on arrival?

When you arrive, please use our Intercom. And then head to Reception.

What should I do if Arriving late?

If you are planning to arrive after 6pm when some of our Receptions close, or are running late, please let the park know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for your arrival. Please note that unless you have advised us in advance, if you do not arrive on the date stated on your confirmation, your booking will be cancelled the following day and we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation.

Do you accept dogs or other pets on the park and in the accommodation?

Up to 2 well-trained small dogs (or 1 medium/large) of breeds not listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act, and their responsible owners, are welcome on the park and in DESIGNATED holiday accommodation only. There is a charge reflecting the increased cost of cleaning and maintaining dog-friendly accommodations. When booking, look out for specific ‘Dog friendly’ accommodation or ask our helpful reservations team to point you in the right direction. We regret however that only Registered Assistance dogs are permitted in the facilities. If you’ve brought your four-legged friend on holiday with you, we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times whilst outside with the exception of the designated dog walking area. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any pets other than dogs. When dogs are inside the accommodation they must sleep in their own beds. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied within your accommodation as they may get nervous with new surroundings!

Our Stargazy Bar & Grill welcomes our four-legged friends in!

You will also find our dog walking field located on the entrance to the park along with our wildlife walk!

    Are linen and towels provided?

If this is the case, you will be advised in your pre-arrival email and bookings will be made available via the App or at reception.
