A ‘Classic’ modern caravan with light and bright open plan living spaces, double glazing and central heating. Sleeps up to 6 people in a 2 bedroom and 8 people in a 3 bedroom holiday home.
Our simple but modern classic holiday home serves as the perfect base for any family holiday, you’ll enjoy your stay in this spacious holiday home with open plan living, a fitted kitchen & dining area.
Our Accessible model has ramp access, wider doors, a wet-room and a lowered kitchen worktop.
Our latest additions to our parks are built to the very latest standards and are far from being classic accommodation, rather they are contemporary, charming, and cosy. With an ensuite toilet to the master bedroom as well as a main shower room, comfort and convenience come as standard. Double glazed and centrally heated throughout, both the lounge area and bedrooms are fully carpeted so no chilly toes on those early and late season breaks! And, the extras you get as standard from a Waterside Group holiday do not end there as in the kitchen you will find both an integrated microwave and a dishwasher as well.
Our Classic accessible holiday homes provide the perfect space for wheel chair users and their families. They feature a lit ramp with a wider door (42″) to enable wheelchair access and wider corridors with larger rooms and sliding doors, low work tops and appliances to enable wheelchair users to use the facilities in the kitchen area. Accessible holiday homes also have a grabber for ease of stretching. There is a ramp into the wet room with a shower unit, with a shower chair and grab handles around the bathroom. The toilet seat is a raised pedestal. Within an accessible holiday home you will find a portable hoist with a maximum weight limit of 115kg, which can assist in getting you into one of four full size single beds.
Please note that Tregoad Holiday Park is situated on the hillside surrounding Looe, so the tarmacked roads are on slight hills throughout the park. For more accessibility information click here.

When it’s time to get some rest after a busy day exploring the Cornish coastline the cosy bedrooms with beds made up for your arrival, are the perfect place to retire for the night.

Everything you need to know about your stay with us.
When you arrive, please use our Intercom. And then head to Reception.
If you are planning to arrive after 6pm when some of our Receptions close, or are running late, please let the park know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for your arrival. Please note that unless you have advised us in advance, if you do not arrive on the date stated on your confirmation, your booking will be cancelled the following day and we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation.
Up to 2 well-trained small dogs (or 1 medium/large) of breeds not listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act, and their responsible owners, are welcome on the park and in DESIGNATED holiday accommodation only. There is a charge reflecting the increased cost of cleaning and maintaining dog-friendly accommodations. When booking, look out for specific ‘Dog friendly’ accommodation or ask our helpful reservations team to point you in the right direction. We regret however that only Registered Assistance dogs are permitted in the facilities. If you’ve brought your four-legged friend on holiday with you, we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times whilst outside with the exception of the designated dog walking area. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any pets other than dogs. When dogs are inside the accommodation they must sleep in their own beds. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied within your accommodation as they may get nervous with new surroundings!
Within all our accommodation you are provided with towels and bed linen.
