Our beautiful farm cottages offer a real flavour of rural Cornish life, with original features giving unique character to each property.
Comfortable, welcoming and fitted with all the home comforts you could need, we have the perfect accommodation for you. Choose from our selection of cottages, ranging in size from one to six bedrooms and catering for parties of up to 12 people.
Plus, if you are hoping to bring your best canine friend on holiday, enquire about our dog friendly cottages. Cornwall’s stunning scenery and endless walks could have been made for breaks with your dog and we are happy to accommodate.
For larger gatherings, if you are thinking about a really big family break, consider sole occupancy of our beautiful self-catered Tregoad Manor House or Kingfisher Cottage. The Manor House is significantly larger than most cottages in Cornwall, and has recently been refurbished. This splendid accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 18 people in seven bedrooms.
Kingfisher Cottage is something truly unique. This charming retreat, with it’s exposed brickwork and cosy corners, sleeps up to 12 guests while boasting its own private hot tub.

Everything you need to know about your stay with us.
When you arrive, please use our Intercom. And then head to Reception.
If you are planning to arrive after 6pm when some of our Receptions close, or are running late, please let the park know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for your arrival. Please note that unless you have advised us in advance, if you do not arrive on the date stated on your confirmation, your booking will be cancelled the following day and we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation.
Up to 2 well-trained small dogs (or 1 medium/large) of breeds not listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act, and their responsible owners, are welcome on the park and in DESIGNATED holiday accommodation only. There is a charge reflecting the increased cost of cleaning and maintaining dog-friendly accommodations. When booking, look out for specific ‘Dog friendly’ accommodation or ask our helpful reservations team to point you in the right direction. We regret however that only Registered Assistance dogs are permitted in the facilities. If you’ve brought your four-legged friend on holiday with you, we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times whilst outside with the exception of the designated dog walking area. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any pets other than dogs. When dogs are inside the accommodation they must sleep in their own beds. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied within your accommodation as they may get nervous with new surroundings!
Within all our accommodation you are provided with towels and bed linen.
