Welcome to Waterside. We have four award winning holiday parks along the South Coast, Bowleaze Cove Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park, Osmington Mills Lodge Park all in Weymouth, Dorset and Tregoad Holiday Park in Looe, Cornwall.

I started working at Waterside as a seasonal employee, but now have progressed and become part of the permanent Holidays Team. As well as enjoying my office-based role, I have established great working and personal relationships with my colleagues, making every day that much more enjoyable.

Having started on the 1st October 1983, I have to say, I feel privileged to have lived and worked through the many changes that have taken place here at Waterside.
What was a relatively small park back in the day has blossomed into one of the country’s top rated Holiday Parks with an outstanding level of service and facilities. I really couldn’t be working at a better park.
The Owners and management of the company truly care about us all as individuals and encourage our development. They are willing to lend an ear if needed and happy to hear of suggestions to make our working lives even better – if that is possible!

When I moved to Weymouth, I needed a change of job. My ideal job would be in maintenance, by the beach, close to home, and ideally at Waterside. So, when I got the job at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, I was thrilled to bits.
It's a great place to work, with not just a team environment, but a real family feel to it as well.
