Reception
Our superb reception team are happy to help with anything you need from booking a table for dinner or a recommendation on where to visit in the local area.
Reception is open daily from 8.30am - 10.00pm.
Shopping
For daily fresh bread, local produce and all day-to-day groceries, we have a SPAR convenience shop at the park. There is also sunscreen, buckets and spades and all other holiday essentials that you can think of.

Launderette
Waterside Park and Spa has an on-site laundrette with brand new equipment including washers and dryers to ensure your stay is as chore free as possible.

If you have a WiFi enabled device, connect to the internet in your holiday home or at the Waterside Sports Bar and Coffee Shop. Access codes cost £20 per week or £5 per day - we can even help you to get online with our WiFi helpline on 01253 501655.
