Call us
We have officially undergone a rebrand, with changes to our company and park names, as well as to our logo, visuals, and typography.
Moving forwards, our brand will be known as ‘Waterside’ and park names as follows: ‘Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa’ ‘Chesil Beach Holiday Park, ‘Osmington Mills Lodge Park’, and ‘Tregoad Holiday Park’.
Our aim with the rebrand is to draw a stronger connection between all our parks and Waterside, reinforcing its five-star quality messaging and values. The rebrand allows us to reflect Waterside’s values more clearly across each park, while continuing to celebrate each individual offering.
It’s still the same Waterside team and family, there will be no changes to ownership, our organisational structure, or the way in which the park is run.
Dave Bennett, our CEO at Waterside says “Since Ralph and Esther Jacobs began the Waterside business by purchasing the Bowleaze Cove site in 1963, their family has taken the brand from strength to strength.
“The rebrand marks the next exciting phase in the company’s growth journey. Sisters Miranda, Olivia, and Claire Jacobs have run the business alongside their mother, Judith since 2015, and are dedicated to continuing their father and grandparents’ legacy through the reinvigorated brand. We recognise that many of our guests have built meaningful connections with each of our parks as they visit year after year, so it is important to stress that ownership, organisational structure, and operations will not be changing.
“Instead, the rebrand serves as a celebration of everything our guests, owners, and local communities know and love about our parks. It will bring them all more closely together under one umbrella, as a mark of assurance that Waterside’s strong values are reflected across every location.
“What’s more, the rebrand will set us up for future growth as we entice new customers and strengthen existing customer perceptions with our refreshed image. Such growth will allow us to invest further in our parks, our teams, and our local communities in the future.”
We would like to thank all of our owners and guests for your continued support and hope you will share our excitement for our next evolutionary phase and its positive implications for the future.
Look forward to seeing you soon!
The Waterside Team
No. Our teams remain the same, as will our operations. Our ongoing investment in parks will continue, so that we can deliver the five-star holiday experiences our guests, owners, and local community know and love.
No. The Jacobs family remains dedicated to continuing the legacy of Esther and Ralph Jacobs through their ownership of Waterside.
Sisters Miranda, Olivia, and Claire Jacobs will continue overseeing direction of the parks alongside their mother, Judith, and continue their involvement in the business as usual.
We are proud of everything we have achieved to date at Waterside, and how each of our parks has become a staple favourite for our guests and local communities to enjoy, year after year.
People often mistake Waterside Holiday Park & Spa as being the only Waterside-owned park, as the names are so similar.
Our rebrand aims to reinforce the connection between all our parks and the Waterside brand, providing a mark of assurance that Waterside’s values are captured across every location.
Given the success of our current operations and offering, nothing will change as a result of our rebrand in terms of our ownership, team and operations across parks. Instead, our rebrand will help us secure long-term success by giving us a stronger brand identity to take into the future.
The pricing structure for our holidays and holiday home sales remains unaffected by the rebrand.
Waterside continues to focus on providing luxury holiday experiences for attractive prices at our award-winning parks, with all year round offers available.
Yes, the new website URL remains as https://www.watersideholidaygroup.co.uk/. The website has been refreshed with a new look and feel as part of our rebrand.
