Competition Terms and Conditions 

Win the Ultimate UK Staycation worth up to £3k!

 

1. The overall winner will receive one holiday at one of our parks. The holiday can be for any duration, in any grade*, on any date, up to the value of £2,000. 

The overall winner will also receive:

• Food & beverage vouchers up to the value of £250
• A hamper on arrival, with a value of £200
• Activity passes up to the value of £300
• Holiday expenses covered, up to the value of £250 (This will be in the form of a Love2shop voucher).

 

*Excludes Signature Seaview at Chesil Beach, Luxury Lodge at Tregoad and selected lodges at Osmington Mills.

 

2. The x2 runners up will receive an off peak, 3-night break staying at one of our parks, in a Classic holiday home. Available dates exclude school holidays and Bank Holiday periods.

 

3. To enter the promotion the participant must follow @watersideholidaygroup, ‘like’ and tag a user(s) in the comments on the competition post. 

 

4. Open to UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Waterside Holiday Group and their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. 

 

5. No purchase necessary. 

 

6. The Promotion will run between 21/02/2023 – 07/03/2023. 1 overall winner and 2 runners up will be selected at random as soon as practicable after the end of the promotional period in a random draw from all valid entries.

 

7. No bulk, third party, automated or organised group entries will be accepted. 

 

8. No responsibility can be taken for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. 

 

9. We are not liable for any person not being able to enter the promotion for any reason, including and without limitation system failure, error, hacks on the system or personal computer issues. 

 

10. The winners will be notified via DM by the Waterside Instagram page only (@watersideholidaygroup). The winners must provide their contact details and select which date they want for their stay. The Waterside Instagram account @watersideholidaygroup will contact the winner by 08/03/2023.

 

The winners will then be announced via Instagram Stories. 

 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant or a winner before making the prize award. 

 

12. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

 

13. No cash alternatives will be given in whole or in part. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-refundable, must be taken as offered and will only be awarded to the winner as specified on the entry form. 

 

14.  The winner acknowledges that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee (whether express or implied, in fact or in law) in relation to any prize, including but not limited to its quality or mechanical condition.

 

15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion with no recompense. 

 

16. The Winner agrees that the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors, advertisers and promotional agencies shall have no liability, except and to the extent that it is not permissible by law to exclude liability (such as liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or breach of contract), in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded. 

 

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You are providing your information to Waterside and not to Meta.

 

18. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and each entrant hereby irrecoverably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
