Working in a fun and varied environment. Our team look to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests and owners. You will require excellent customer care skills and take pride in what you do!
Main roles:
- Supervision of pool and leisure facilities
- Provide information to guests and owners to enhance their experience
- Promote, book and assist in running activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities
- Provide cover for your team
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold an RLSS Pool lifeguard Qualification. Or be willing to work towards attaining this.
- Have exceptional customer care skills and be able to interact with a wide range of people
- Be flexible
- Be smart, reliable, and punctual
- Be a team player
- Enjoy what they do
- Be willing to go the extra mile
Desirable:
- First Aid qualifications
- Leisure activity qualifications
- Experience in similar environments
