We regret to inform you that we are unable to validate any codes that have expired or are incorrectly quoted. If the provided code is incorrect, the discount will not be applied to your holiday. Our holidays team do not have access to an exhaustive list of promotional codes, as many of the codes we issue may be unique to you or otherwise limited in scope and/or distribution. A maximum of two discounts can be applied to your booking. Our sophisticated reservation system will calculate the best offers available from your provided promotional code and any automatic discount promotions. Applied discounts are shown in the booking search results as having ‘Was’ and ‘Now’ prices, with the ‘Was’ price being the original rate without applied discounts.
Spring Saver
Experience the charm of spring with our “Spring Saver” offer, providing a minimum 5% discount on new holiday bookings for arrivals before 21st May 2024. The 5% discount applies to the total accommodation cost, excluding additional fees or charges. Offer available on all grades of accommodation at any of our holiday parks. Discount included in the advertised price.
Early Booking
Book before 24th December for the following year using code ‘EARLY’ to get 5% off your holiday accommodation cost. Offer available on all grades of accommodation at any of our holiday parks.
Loyalty Reward
We reward loyalty! If you have stayed at any of our parks since 1st March, 2022, we will reward you will an additional 5% off the total cost of your accommodation for your holiday. To claim this offer, please call our holidays team using the phone number for your desired holiday park on the Contact Us page as we will need to validate the existence of your previous booking(s). Your details MUST match the details of the lead booker for a previous holiday booked with us directly, through a third party such as Hoseasons, or in any other instance where the Reception team have handled booking fulfilment. Offer available on all grades of accommodation at any of our holiday parks.
Long Stay Saver
Save an extra 10% when you holiday with us for a fortnight or longer. This offer applies to stays of 14 nights or more and is available on all 2024 arrival dates. ALL accommodation types on ALL our parks are included and the offer is applied automatically on website.
Dogs go FREE
Offer applicable at Tregoad Holiday Park for arrivals during 2024. Discount automatically applied on availability search.
Price Promise
Book1 before 24th December and Our Price Promise provides you with the flexibility to book next year’s holiday today, safe in the knowledge that you will be able to get the best rates.
In the unlikely event that you see your exact holiday available on our website at a lower price than you originally paid, simply email info@watersideholidays.co.uk no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival date with a screenshot of our website showing availability at the reduced rate. Assuming the exact same holiday remains available, we will happily issue you a voucher for the difference in price compared to what you have paid. By ‘exact same holiday’, we mean:
Once your Price Promise claim has been verified, we will confirm with you and you will receive vouchers in your welcome pack upon arrival, valued at the difference between the lower rate and what you have paid. Your voucher can be redeemed against the value of food and drink on park at any of our outlets2 or as a non-refundable deposit against a new booking in either the same calendar year or the following calendar year. Your vouchers will be valid up until December 24th of the current calendar year at which point they will expire and become non-redeemable. Vouchers have no cash value and are non-transferrable.
