Coronavirus FAQs

Our Parks at Waterside, Chesil Vista and Osmington are currently closed to both holiday guests and owners based on Government guidance regarding Coronavirus

The safety of our staff, owners and guests are paramount and we would ask that you do not travel to our parks at this time.

We have taken the decision to close our parks to holiday guests and owners up to and including 03 July 2020.

For holiday guests this means that:

  • Waterside Holiday Group will be offering all holiday guests booked to travel to our parks during this time the option to either move your booking to an alternative date or book a holiday at a later date with a voucher to the value of the existing holiday, or return the voucher for a full refund. Full details will have been sent via email and a voucher letter will follow at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.
  • All facilities are now closed until 03 July 2020.

All affected customers with a holiday booking prior to 02 July are being contacted in departure date order.

We are understandably experiencing high levels of enquiries. If you are not due to stay with us before 03 July, we politely ask that you do not get in contact at this time as we are assisting guests that are imminently due on park.

We are continually reviewing the Government’s guidance and hope to welcome guests on park from 03 July.

We have emailed all of our customers due to arrive up until and including  03 July with information on options available and how to claim. In addition, you will receive a voucher letter at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.

Bookings from 03 July

At present, we're planning to reopen our parks from 03 July, subject to government guidance.
