Our Waterside holiday homes are of the highest standards. They are modern, comfortable and luxurious and all our homes have central heating, double glazing and two toilets as standard to make you feel completely at home.

Our accommodation choices

We would like to mention that our accommodation has been awarded the sought-after Rose Award from Visit England - the highest possible accolade, awarded for particularly high levels of quality.

We have a choice of seven different types of holiday homes.

The homes have either two or three bedrooms and all feature central heating, double glazing, large televisions and two toilets as standard. They are of the highest specification and are some of the finest holiday homes in the country - with one big advantage - Waterside has the best location!

Whichever style you decide is the best for you, you can rest assured that it is modern and well equipped.

We also let caravans for many of our private owners which may differ with layouts and facilities, please call if you have any specific requests.

Gold Package star

Choosing our Atlanta or Provence Holiday Homes entitles you and your family to a 10% discount card for use in our bars, restaurant and take-away. In addition, you can check in early from 2pm instead of 4pm.

Accessibility wheelchair

The RIO 2 bedroom caravans, with sleeping for up to 6, are fully wheelchair accessible. A large lounge/dining area and sliding internal doors make it easy to manoeuvre around.

Travel cot/Highchair hire

Travel cots (please bring your own linen) and highchairs are available to hire - £12 per week.

Smoking

All of our accommodation is non-smoking. 

Pets

Although we don’t allow pets in our own accommodation, owners of some privately owned caravans do bring their pets, which you may see around the park.
